Deposit Payment
A deposit of $850 is required to secure your spot for the yoga retreat. This deposit is due at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy
After December 1st, 2026, no cancellations are permitted.

Remaining Balance Payment
The remaining balance (total retreat cost minus the deposit already paid) is due December 30, 2026.
Pay in Full: The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 30th, 2026.
Payment Plan: You may choose to pay the remaining balance in 3 equal monthly installments. The balance must be paid in full by December 30th, 2026.

Late Payments
A late fee of $50 will be charged for any payments not received by the due date.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your retreat booking, with no refunds for payments already made.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 30th, 2026, or for failure to attend the retreat.

By booking this yoga retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions by December 30th, 2026.
