Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $850 secures your spot and is due at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.Remaining Balance

The remaining balance of $2,350 is due in full by December 30, 2026.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel on or before December 30, 2026: all payments refunded except the $850 deposit, which is non-refundable.
  • After December 30, 2026: no cancellations and no refunds, including for failure to attend. Your spot may be transferred to another participant with my written approval.
  • If I cancel the retreat, you receive a full refund including your deposit.

Late Payments
A $50 late fee applies to any payment not received by its due date. Bookings with payments more than 14 days overdue may be cancelled, with no refund of amounts already paid.

Travel Insurance
Strongly recommended. It's the only thing that protects you if you need to cancel after December 30.
